一個人不管做什么事，他應(yīng)該充滿信心地去做。 如果他沒有信心，那他取得成功的可能性就很小，尤其是當(dāng)他面臨困難時。這個道理似乎明白無誤。然而，在現(xiàn)實中我們確實看到許多人，他們總是抱怨說，他們?nèi)狈k事的能力，或者說，他們的困難大得克服不了。 對于有些人來說，這可能是對的。但是對許多其他人來說，這只能表明他們已經(jīng)失去信心。
為什么有些人即使能夠辦得到的事也常常感到灰心呢？我認(rèn)為有兩點原因。首先，這些人對自己沒有一個正確的估計。 例如：.....   其次，還有一種可能，就是他們夸大了困難。他們看不到.....     他們往往.........
依我看，一個人只要對自己的能力有正確的態(tài)度，就有可能對自己建立信心。我們既不應(yīng)過高估計我們的能力，也不該低估我們的能力。常言道：“有志者，、事竟成”。只要有信心，我們一定能完成任何面臨的任務(wù)。

The Importance of Confidence
Whatever one does, one should do it with confidence. If one has no confidence, there is little possibility that one can achieve anything when faced with hardships. This truth seems to be self-evident. In reality, however, we do see a lot of people who always complain that they lack the ability to do something or that their difficulties are too great to overcome. For some, this might be true. But for many others, this only shows that they have lost heart.
Why do some people often feel frustrated even though they are capable of doing something? I think there are two main reasons. In the first place, these people don＇t have a correct estimate of themselves. For example, ......       Secondly, there is another possibility that they exaggerate the difficulties. In my opinion, one should build up faith in oneself as long as he has a right attitude towards his own abilities. We should neither underestimate nor overestimate our abilities. As a proverb says, "Where there is a will, there is a way." With confidence we can certainly cope with any task we are faced with.
